Seidl & Chicchelly is a three-attorney law firm established in 1997 in Marion, Iowa and relocated to northeast Cedar Rapids in 2002. Seidl & Chicchelly is a "family" law firm, in that all of the attorneys -- Phillip and Mark Seidl and Mary Chicchelly -- are brothers and sister.

In 1997, they consolidated their practices, drawing upon their individual and collective talents to more effectively serve their clients.

The attorneys practice is diverse areas. Mark and Phillip Seidl are engaged in the general practice of law, and Mary Chicchelly practices primarily in domestic relations and family law.

Seidl & Chicchelly offers FREE Consultation on all Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Worker's Compensation matters as well as a $75 half-hour consultation in other cases.

Simple Will preparation is $150 for an individual and $200 for a married couple.

Hourly rates are currently $150 per hour for other cases including Domestic Relations (Divorce and Separation) and Family law matters.
